This week we will be looking more closely into this black owned business which is taking the fashion industry by storm! Meet Osborne Ojarimoni the creative director of Erenti, an African luxury menswear brand based in the U.K. Osborne, also known as Ozzy was born and raised in South London, then later on he then moved to Nigeria from the ages of 14-16 where his interest in African fashion and luxury style first emerged. “I was truly inspired by the Nigerian culture and therefore I founded Erenti in 2016”.

Erenti specialises in making groomsmen outfits for weddings as well as individual outfits for award shows and other special occasions. Erenti has over six years’ experience producing haute couture garments and has been a success as they have also displayed their collections on an international scale having exhibited some of his work at NYFW, AFL, LFW and Britain’s Got Talent.
Ozzy has been working hard at creating new ways to make his brand as unique as he can with dropping his third collection which launches soon called “Reflection is Self”. This new collection will be full of vibrant colours and positions Erenti as the go-to brand for weddings, award ceremonies and other big named events. This SS20 release comes at an important time in global history after having months of social distancing from the rest of the world, it had given Ozzy the perfect opportunity for him to reflect on where he would like to take Erenti next, and here is where his inspiration for the NEW collection stemmed from.

The SS20 collection has been captured by one of the most talented fashion creative/photographer Phiwo Ndowu on location in London. It combines contemporary silhouettes with clean lines, in a range of vibrant colours including saffron, coral and navy blue. Founder of the Brand Osbourne Ojarimoni further explained “Our inspiration and dedication is to ensure our clients get a bespoke kaftan piece made to the same standards as can be expected from some of the major luxury brands we all know in high end fashion”.

“We aim to make make our clients love each piece, feel self-assured of their appearance when wearing our brand. These new styles come in a variety of colourways, and are almost always worn as a co-ord”.
